Website Privacy Policy
Effective September 19, 2026
This Website Privacy Policy explains how Jenla Health, LLC ("Jenla Health," "Jenla," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit JenlaHealth.com and related pages that link to this policy (collectively, the "Website"). It also explains the choices and rights that may be available to you.
This policy governs Jenla Health's public-facing Website and related marketing and business communications. It does not replace the privacy notice that applies to protected health information created or maintained by the licensed clinical entities involved in your care. Please read Section 7 for the required OpenLoop Notice of Privacy Practices link.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to personal information collected through the Website, including information collected when you request information, begin an intake process, create or access an account through linked services, enroll in or purchase services, communicate with us, or interact with our advertising or digital content.
This policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third parties, including OpenLoop Health, OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, its affiliated professional medical entities, pharmacies, laboratories, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, or other services that maintain their own privacy policies. When you follow a link to a third-party website or platform, that third party's policy applies to information it collects directly from you.
Jenla Health is a health and wellness services company and is not itself a medical practice. Medical care is provided by independent licensed clinical providers through affiliated professional medical entities. Their handling of protected health information is governed by applicable law and their Notice of Privacy Practices.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Depending on how you use the Website, we or service providers acting on our behalf may collect information you provide, such as:
- Contact and identity information, including your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, date of birth, and account identifiers.
- Account and enrollment information, including login credentials and information used to create, maintain, or support your account.
- Transaction information, including services selected, order history, subscription status, billing address, and payment-related information. Payment card information may be collected directly by a payment processor rather than stored by Jenla Health.
- Communications and preferences, including emails, text messages, customer-support requests, survey responses, marketing preferences, and records of your correspondence with us.
- Information submitted through forms, questionnaires, promotions, or other interactive Website features.
- Health-related information you choose to submit when beginning an intake or requesting services. Information submitted within a clinical intake, patient portal, or treatment process may be collected and maintained by OpenLoop-affiliated clinical entities or other health care participants rather than by Jenla Health.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or interact with the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information about your device and activity, including:
- Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, dates and times of visits, interaction data, and other Website usage information.
- Cookie identifiers, pixels, web beacons, software development kit identifiers, and similar technologies used for functionality, analytics, security, attribution, and advertising.
Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from service providers and business partners, such as OpenLoop, advertising and analytics providers, referral sources, payment processors, fraud-prevention vendors, and social media or advertising platforms, subject to their policies and your settings. We may combine information received from these sources with information collected through the Website.
3. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember preferences, understand traffic and usage, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, and improve our services. Some technologies may allow advertising partners to collect or receive information about your activity on our Website and other websites over time for measurement or interest-based advertising.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, device settings, or any cookie controls made available on the Website. Disabling cookies may cause some Website features to work incorrectly. Where required by applicable law, we will recognize supported opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.
We do not disclose mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share that information with vendors that help us deliver text messages and administer our communications program.
4. How We Use Information

- Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and communicate about accounts, orders, subscriptions, appointments, services, and policy updates.
- Facilitate enrollment, intake, payment, fulfillment, care coordination, and access to services offered through OpenLoop-affiliated clinical entities, pharmacies, laboratories, and other service providers.
- Process transactions, manage subscriptions, maintain business records, and enforce our agreements.
- Personalize content and understand how visitors use the Website.
- Send marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices.
- Measure, analyze, and improve our marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, unlawful activity, and violations of our policies.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Jenla Health, our users, and others.
- Carry out any other purpose described when information is collected or for which you provide consent.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We may disclose information to vendors that provide Website hosting, customer support, communications, analytics, advertising, payment processing, security, fraud prevention, fulfillment, and other business services.
- Health care and fulfillment participants. At your direction or as needed to facilitate requested services, information may be disclosed to OpenLoop, affiliated professional medical entities, licensed clinical providers, pharmacies, laboratories, care coordinators, and other participants involved in intake, treatment, payment, or fulfillment.
- Business partners. We may disclose information to business partners in connection with jointly offered services, referrals, integrations, or other arrangements disclosed to you.

- Business transactions. Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
- At your direction or with your consent. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, when we explain the disclosure at the time information is collected, or with your consent.
- Deidentified or aggregated information. We may disclose information that has been aggregated or deidentified so that it cannot reasonably identify you, as permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain uses of advertising cookies or similar technologies may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. See Section 8 for information about applicable opt-out rights.
6. Your Choices
Marketing email. You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send non-promotional communications concerning transactions, accounts, safety, legal notices, or services you requested.
Text messages. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent necessary service-related communications where legally permitted.
Cookies and advertising. You may use browser, device, Website cookie controls, or legally recognized opt-out preference signals to manage certain tracking technologies. Your choices may be specific to each browser and device.
Updating information. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted directly to Jenla Health, subject to verification and legal exceptions. Requests involving clinical records should be directed to the clinical entity identified in the applicable Notice of Privacy Practices.
7. Health Information and OpenLoop Notice of Privacy Practices
Information you submit while seeking or receiving medical care may constitute protected health information and may be collected or maintained by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, its affiliated professional medical entities, licensed clinical providers, or other covered entities and business associates. Their use and disclosure of protected health information is governed by HIPAA, other applicable health privacy laws, and the applicable Notice of Privacy Practices, not solely by this Website Privacy Policy.
OpenLoop's Notice of Privacy Practices is available here: openloophealth.com/notice-of-privacy-practices
For questions or requests concerning a medical record or protected health information maintained by an OpenLoop-affiliated clinical entity, follow the contact instructions in that Notice of Privacy Practices.
8. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to personal information; correction or deletion; a portable copy; information about categories of information collected, used, or disclosed; and an opportunity to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. You may also have the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and to appeal a decision concerning your request.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, access, correct, and delete certain personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. The categories of personal information we may collect and disclose for business purposes are described throughout this policy and may include identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, professional or employment information you provide, inferences, and sensitive personal information you choose to submit. We retain each category only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, considering legal, operational, security, and recordkeeping needs.
To submit a privacy request or appeal, email support@jenlahealth.com or write to the address in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may request proof of authorization and identity verification. If information is maintained by a third party, including a clinical entity, we may direct you to that party.
9. Children
The Website and services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can evaluate and address the request. This section does not limit information a parent or legal guardian may provide concerning a minor where a service expressly permits it and applicable law allows it.
10. Data Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for notifying the appropriate support contact if you suspect unauthorized access.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect security. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and applicable requirements. Clinical entities and other health care participants maintain medical information according to their own legal obligations and policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Website, email, or another appropriate method.
